We, from Deep Blue believe that you have wished to dive from the time that “Captain Nemo” was your favourite book. The adventures you have always dreamed can become a reality with PADI (The Professional Association of Diving Instructors) which is not only the biggest of its kind in the World (175 countries are its members) but it is also represented in Bulgaria.
At the beginning of 1999 the first PADI Center – Deep Blue S-3671 was founded in Bulgaria. It is in Sofia. After 700 people passed through the different courses offered by our PADI Dive Center and from ordinary people became divers, a second Dive Center Deep Blue 2 S – 32169 was opened in 2001. It is situated in the Golden Sands, which is the best Bulgarian Black Sea Resort and a third one Deep Blue 3 S-35030 also opened its doors. It is located at the Sunny Beach Resort.
In 2003 we were the first to introduce the Nitrox diving in Bulgaria as well as the deep diving with helium mixtures Trimix. In that very year we introduced the diving with systems working at a closed circuit (Rebreather). We are the only official representatives in Bulgaria of the World’s largest International Technical Diving Organization (TDI).
The education in our Dive Centers is carried out according to all PADI regulations and your safety is of the utmost importance for us. After successfully completing the course, you receive a PADI certificate. Our centers are also authorized to certificate divers in accordance with all the regulations from the following Diving Organizations: SDI (Scuba Diving International); TDI (Technical Diving International) and IDEA (Instructors Diving Education Association). It is with these certificates that you can dive in any part of the World. The instructors who will be conducting your courses have a diving experience of over 20 years and are the best PADI professionals in Bulgaria.
Trips to different underwater sites are organized throughout the different levels of education, as well as dives to interesting wrecks and diving in different Open Water basins (dams and lakes and caves)
Our Dive Centers have accommodations at the following crystal-clear Bulgarian Dams – Batak, Iskar and Iovkovtsi. We offer not only underwater adventures but also offer entertainment – the use of motor boats and jet-ski as well as trips to exciting places.Don’t forget – the most important thing is that you have fun!
